What is Ellie Planner?

Ellie is a daily planner built on a two-step ritual: empty your head into the Brain Dump, then drag the tasks you choose onto a calendar in Timebox mode beside your Google, Apple or Outlook events. Kanban boards, subtasks, labels and recurring tasks cover the essentials without bloat, and native apps span iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and the web.

Built and run by a solo developer, Ellie is proudly simple and regularly updated, with an optional AI assistant for planning help. The free plan includes unlimited tasks and the Brain Dump, but calendar sync and timeboxing - the heart of the method - need Pro, and there is no Android app. It suits Apple-first users who want timeboxing without enterprise weight.
