What is Koltrix?

Koltrix is a team inbox on your own domain where AI does the sorting and drafting while a person keeps the final say. Launched in November 2026, it puts three things in one place: a fast shared inbox, an email API and SMTP relay for your product, and an inbox for each of your AI agents. Every new message is read once, given a category and a one-line summary, and filed — real people always get through, while cold pitches meet Pitch Shield first.

Each AI agent gets its own address on your domain, with a scoped key that opens only that mailbox. By default agents only draft or suggest; nothing is sent without your yes, and an injection shield holds risky inbound mail back from agents. Koltrix also connects to Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor over MCP, so your assistant can search mail, draft replies, and summarize your inbox. Plans start at $12 a month after a 7-day free trial with no card.
