What is Lavender?

Lavender is an AI email assistant built for sales teams, coaching reps as they write outreach inside Gmail and Outlook. It scores each email in real time, flags issues like excessive length, complex sentences, or too much self-focused language, and suggests specific edits. A personalization assistant pulls in prospect details so openers reference the recipient rather than generic templates.

Managers get dashboards showing team writing quality and which patterns correlate with replies, turning email coaching into data. Lavender's suggestions are grounded in analysis of millions of sales emails, which gives its advice more weight than generic AI tips. It is deliberately narrow: it improves sales emails only, but for outbound teams that focus translates into measurably better reply rates.
