What is Sunsama?

Sunsama is a daily planner designed to stop overcommitment. Each morning it walks you through a short planning ritual: pull in tasks from tools like Todoist, Asana, Trello, Gmail and your calendars, estimate how long each will take, and drag them into a realistic day. If the plan exceeds your working hours, Sunsama tells you before the day starts.

An end-of-day shutdown ritual, weekly objectives and time analytics help you see where hours actually went, and its calm design deliberately avoids streaks and red badges. Sunsama is premium-priced and proudly manual in places - the point is intentional planning, not automation at all costs - which makes it a favourite of knowledge workers who feel burned out by their tools.
